Licensing the photos and their commercial use?
My photos have already been published in certain magazines, multimedia CD-s, calendars and other media. Photos I posses have all been taken with high-quality digital camera, in high resolutions, up to 5 mega pixels.
If you want to use my photos in commercial purposes, you must have my written permit, and pay amends, depending on the way of usage and distribution.

You can download photos and store them on your computer for your own use (e.g. desktop wallpaper). It is, however, not in accord with laws that you store these photos on computers you don’t own (e.g. school, university, library or Internet Café computers...) or store them on server computers, FTP, Internet space (other web sites)...
The photos are exclusively for your private usage, they are not to be distributed, lent, rented or sold to anyone.
If you want to use these photos in your school or university projects, I expect your query previous to the usage. In some cases I will allow the usage, if the project is unprofitable and does not include Internet publishing, distribution or publishing in any other media.
It is forbidden to post photos on newsgroup servers or any other similar services.
Any kind of distribution on any media is forbidden.
Photos may be used to make screensavers while the screen savers are intended for personal used. Screen savers are not to be distributed or sold.
You may not use photos for any commercial product. If you want to get a license, advise the licensing part of the FAQ.
